Students entering 2nd grade must also have a dental exam!!
Student MedicationAny student that has medication, including over the counter medicines, must bring it to the schools nurse with an order from the student's doctor.
Allergies
If your student has a food allergy, PLEASE notify the school nurse as soon as possible. Food allergies can be very dangerous, even life threatening, so please notify the school nurse. If your student uses an Epi-Pen of other medication such as Benadryl for allergies, the school nurse will need to speak with you regaring the allergies and medication. PLEASE notify the school nurse of any allergies your child may have, especially if they may be life threatening.
Illness If your student is ill, and they are sent home from school becuase of a fever, they must stay home from school the next day. They can not return to school until they are fever free for 24 hours. |
